Complaints Procedure

Dr Raindi takes your clinical care and experience very seriously and aims to ensure all patients are pleased with the service provided. He has vetted all clinics he works with to ensure that standards are upheld from assessment through to treatment.

If the standard of care does not meet your expectation we would be grateful for your feedback to ensure we can continually improve our service.
